Our Helpdesk Teams deliver extended helpdesk services on behalf of your IT department.
Helpdesk services to provide daily end user and office support, adhering to your ticketing SLA and management processes. We can manage the ticketing process or administer ticketing within the client helpdesk.
As part of our extended helpdesk services we also procure and deploy onboarding assets for new hires throughout EMEA. Our team will manage the build, onboarding and refresh processes on our clients behalf.
Supplementary on-site support to resolve end user or network related support issues is available to provide a comprehensive time zone support solution, for both Irish and EMEA based users.

Renewable and Construction
Compunet has delivered a large number of high profile and complex IT deployments in large construction projects.
With both experience and understanding of site safety and site adherence requirements to work in contractor construction environments we have been the IT contractor for a number of Cork’s landmark commercial developments over the past 10 years.
We develop close working relationships and engage with the developer at the early stage of the project to ensure the IT requirements are mapped out early in the project. In more recent times we have been providing technology solutions the Renewable Energy space, providing the office and on-site tech required with on-site support and remote support for wind farms and offshore energy, working with international clients setting up large scale wind farm projects.
