Senior Support Engineer
Due to continued expansion of our business we have a requirement for a suitably qualified support engineers.

Extensive knowledge of the following is essential:
Microsoft Windows and Windows Server products
Microsoft Terminal Services
Sonic & Cisco Firewalls
Symantec Backup Exec
MS-Exchange and MDeamon mail servers

  

Proven ability in the following areas:
Remote, telephone and on-site technical support,
System Consultancy and Technical Sales support.
The ability to work as part of a team of engineers, while at the same time being able to work on his or her own initiative. Work experience with a wide variety of companies will be a decided advantage.

Software Support Engineers

At Compunet we always welcome CV's from experienced hardware support engineers. A proven track record working with all mainstream hardware manufactures is essential. Specific expertise with HP, Toshiba and Dell products would be a distinct advantage

 

  

We always welcome skilled software support engineers. If you have spent the last 5 years working with large networks please send us your CV. An in depth knowledge of Microsoft, Sonicwall and Cisco products would be desirable.
